Account Security includes the following functions:

Personal Information

Nickname: Displayed in Account and Ranking List. Not important info, no need to remember

Email: Sometimes important information will be sent via email

Real Name: The real name used for the withdrawal account and bank card

<aside> ⚠️ Must match the name in the withdrawal account, otherwise the withdrawal cannot be successful.

How to change the real name:

Step 1: contact customer service and provide the following information:

1. Photos of the front and back of ID card/passport (driver’s license)
2. Phone number
3. Photos of recent withdrawals from the website to the account (including account number). If the player has not withdrawn money yet, a photo of the latest deposit can be provided.

Step 2: Customer service verifies the information, and after confirmation, helps the player make changes.
